A personalized single-session experience centered on one clear pattern, block, or goal. It is designed to create meaningful movement through focused subconscious work, followed by reflection prompts and a check-in to support integration.

Pattern Break
3 Sessions • $750
A three-session experience designed to uncover and shift a recurring pattern at its roots. Includes personalized subconscious work, reflection prompts, and between-session support to help the change take hold.

Deep Integration
6 Sessions • $1,350
A six-session experience for working through layered patterns and creating deeper, more sustainable change. Includes personalized subconscious work, reflection prompts, between-session support, and supportive recordings when appropriate.

Full Recode
9 Sessions • $1,800
A nine-session experience for deep, interconnected change across multiple patterns or areas of life. Includes personalized subconscious work, reflection prompts, ongoing check-ins, and supportive recordings when appropriate.

01. Free Discovery Call — We begin with a brief phone or Zoom conversation so you can learn more about Quantum Recode, ask questions, and determine whether the service feels like a good fit.
02. Intake & Planning — If we decide to move forward, you’ll complete a personalized intake and meet with me to clarify your goals, identify the patterns you want to address, and choose the best session or package option.
03. Personalized Recode Sessions — Each session is built around your specific needs and may draw from hypnotherapy, NLP, guided imagery, nervous-system support, and intuitive reflection.
04. Integration & Ongoing Support — Depending on your service or package, you may receive reflection prompts, check-ins, and a personalized supportive recording to help reinforce the work between sessions.
